SHIPPING
At The Karma Candle Company, we aim to process and dispatch all orders with care and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or when items are made to order, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be clearly communicated.
Delivery
We use trusted UK postal and courier services to deliver your order safely.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the courier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Karma Candle Company.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (candles, wax melts, skincare and wellbeing items), we are unable to accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you change your mind, unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Custom & Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
